Damaged, defective or wrong item? Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send you a free replacement. No need to send it back. If a replacement isn't available, we'll offer a refund.

Lost package? If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll resolve it.

Change of mind: Because every piece is prepared and shipped especially for your order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. We're happy to help you choose the right length.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
